WELCOME! The Stagecoach Motor Inn is a 50 room motel located in the northwest corner of Wyoming, 70 miles southeast of Yellowstone National Park and 50 miles from Teton National Park. Summertime is a high traffic time in our area, for tourists traveling to and from the Parks and also as a destination.
EMPLOYMENT
Our summer season is from June 1st until September. we are interested in employees who are willing to do the job and know that customer service is foremost. It is our sincere freindly staff providing our guests a clean quality room that sets us apart from others in the area. we have openings for people who are willing to do the following but will not be limited to:
- Housekeeping
- Front Desk
- Grounds Maintenance
- Laundry
- Pool and Spa Maintenance
First considerations will be given to those applicants with the most experience and the longest available time to work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A normal work schedule is five or six days a week, up to 40 hours per week. we operate 7 days a week. Some shifts start at 7:00 a.m. and some can last as late as 12:00 p.m. If you do accept employment, you must be able to work a schedule prepared by your supervisor, which can include Saterdays, Sundays and National Holidays. you may be required to work day, evening, split shifts or a combination thereof. All employees are expected to maintain a high level of performance and be able to do whatever is asked or needed to ensure that each guest's stay is an enjoyable one.
PAY & BENEFITS:
- Free room and board for 2 people. (Either a couple or two compatible individuals).
- End of season bonus if contract is completed.
- Wages are paid on an hourly basis, twice a month.
- Normal work schedule is five or six days a week up to 40 hours per week.
HOUSING
We have housing for up to 2 employees either a couple or two compatible individuals. there is no charge for employees staying in our housing. The housing is comprised of a cabin unit that has either 1 queen bed or 2 single beds, we will accommodate the particular situation. the cabin unit is fully furnished with bed, linens, towels, furniture, color cable television, and a full kitchen. each employee is expected to maintain the condition of his/her room and leave it clean and in good condition upon departure.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- An applicant must be over 14 in order to be employed in the State of Wyoming.
- An employee must be willing to share a room with another employee when living in company housing.
- All employees must have a neat appearance and be well groomed while on duty. Extreme hairstyles and extreme tattoos will not be allowed for employees in guest contact positions. while working earrings are limited to one pair worn in the ear only; no rings or studs may be worn in any other visable body part.
- The Stagecoach Motor Inn has a Zero-Tolerance policy in effect for alchohol and drug use on our property. Possesion of any narcotics is strictly prohibited. the legal drinking age in Wyoming is 21, underage drinking is prohibited and will be strictly enforced.
